Are there different sizes that we can order?
Shoeture products are one-size-fits-all, so we offer only one size of each style.
Will Shoeture fit on my pair of <brand name> shoes?
There are thousands of different sizes and styles of shoes, so we cannot guarantee that the products will fit on every pair. However our products will fit on most sneakers. If they don't fit on one pair you own they'll most likely fit on another. If it seems they won't fit, there are some creative ways to attach them to your shoes- email us if you need help.
Will you notify me when you release a new design or restock a current design?
Of course. Subscribe to the Shoeture newsletter, follow us on twitter, or keep tabs on our blog. We post updates about our products as well as occasional sales and specials.
What materials are Shoeture products made of?
Our products are primarily made of iron and plated with gold, chrome, paint, or whatever the outer finish is.
How can I order a custom Shoeture piece?
We do offer custom Shoeture pieces. Prices vary with design and quantity. Please email us with inquiries.
I own a retail store, how can I become a distributor?

Shipping
How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 3-4 business days. International orders usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is enter your shipping information in the checkout page. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world. If you do not find your country on the checkout page or if you need assistance please contact us.

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal and a Credit Card Processor for payment. These methods of payment handling automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
What is your return policy?
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. Packages must be postmarked within the 30-day period. A 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds, no exceptions. Customer pays all shipping charges.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
